Self Control Is Not Censorship

With the explosion of social media and celebrity entrepreneurs, come questions about transparency and credibility. Many people want to identify with my brand, Sugar Free which is always honest and transparent, but laced with lots of love.

News flash #LivingSugarFree is not being nasty, judging and giving your opinion to folks who don’t want it. If your words are not intended to edify and uplift…keep ’em to yourself. Sometimes you have to talk about difficult, things and give tough advice but is your intent to rant, and get back at who hurt you…or to be a catalyst for change? How can you do that if only your amen corner and drama seekers can stomach the crap you say?

This has been another Sugar Free Service Announcement.
